Ta-da~! I made my very own blog.
This whole thing started more as a personal project specifically for learning, and to be honest... it still is. Now however, I want to use it. Regularly. Not that I reckon anyone would be interested in what I have to say, but by using this blog, I can continue to develop and support it by identifying what it needs, (or more commonly, what needs fixing?).
So, whilst the GitHub repository for this project seems fairly quiet now (mostly because I wrote the whole application locally before pushing it up), I'm hoping to show-off my project management skills a little with some post development. I have some new features planned, like a commenting system for example, and even the ability for me to add links in posts; which funnily enough, I've only realised now whilst writing out this post as I would have liked to have linked my repository...
I'm planning to write fairly regularly on here, maybe once a week? But I'm not just planning on writing posts purely about the development of this blog, but also other aspects of my life. If you don't already know me, then you should know I'm learning Japanese, enjoy; reading, gaming, and cooking (well, mostly eating... and by eating, I mean eating my Girlfriend's lovely food. Honestly, she's a great chef and I'm sure you'll be seeing many pictures on here of here cooking overtime.).
I wasn't really sure on what photo to use for this post, so I've opted for a picture from our time in Japan.
That's all from me today, thanks for reading, and more importantly, checking out my blog!
